Delivery Information

Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2 – 3 business days for the package to be shipped. Any damages due to shipping will not be part of our responsibility. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

There are absolutely NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on any purchases. Items that we received are never opened; they are sealed from our distributor. If item is opened, it will be specified in the product description. Purchasing these items means that you understood the condition of the products.

Shipping of purchased items can only be made after the payment is confirmed. Proof of payment can be confirmed via email (hollerplastic@gmail.com) or via phone call (check our Contact Us page).

Process of Shipment

Process of shipping takes 2 - 3 business days after the payment is confirmed. Again, payment can only be confirmed via email (hollerplastic@gmail.com). Shipping will only be processed during business days, that is Monday to Friday from the time of 09:00AM - 03:00PM. We will not process shipping on the weekends or public holidays. 

Order Status Description

Pending: Order is received, but payment is yet to be confirmed. Processing: Order and payment is received, items are ready to be shipped. Please allow two - three business days for items to be shipped to you. Shipped: Items are shipped and tracking number is sent. If for some reason you didn't get the tracking number, please contact us via email at hollerplastic@gmail.com. Complete: transaction is complete.
